We welcome Pete McBreen!
Pete McBreen, of Calgary and http://www.cadvision.com/roshi/, is an independent software consultant who has been following the XP phenomenon for quite a while now. Pete hasn't yet had the chance to do a full-XP project, but he has been thinking about the incremental aspects of XP and how they might adapt to projects even if they aren't going extreme. In this paper he explores how incremental requirements gathering could fit into many projects.
