I think the biggest danger of a long backlog is that somebody with the power to drive might view it as a fifo and we would do crap that was never a good idea simply because it had not fallen far enough back in the list.

There&#039;s some value to consciously abandoning poor ideas especially the ones with &#039;curb appeal&#039; because we may forget why it was a bad plan.
